October 2016 Reads + Monthly Recap

These past weeks have been busier than usual. I've been out of town a lot and didn't really get a chance to spend valuable time with my laptop. I missed quite a few blog posts I've been meaning to do and for that I am sorry. I will do my best to catch up as soon as I can especially in reviews! Megosh. Adulting is exhausting *LOL*

Anyway, it's already November and what-the-heck I am still in a reading slump. I can't believe I've been in a reading slump for more than half of 2016! It's very frustrating.

I was only able to read four books this October. I actually started reading more than that but I didn't get to finish them because, as I have said, buuuuusssy :(

Well, this is sad. For one, another month is over, this time with seven blog posts published and I’m no closer to actually making progress for the following days or months (I’m working on it). Two, break is over: first day back to school. Three: this post was already a few days late but when I made it yesterday GR was acting up and I couldn't load some of the links. Four: Just because.

Happy Holloween! Well, we're done with October and there are only two months left before 2014! Woah. Anyway, October has been a very good reading month. The first two-and-a-half weeks was really hectic because of finals but it was all better after that. I heard my aunt ask my mom a few days before where I was and my mom said: Where else? She's burying herself in her books while she's on break. Don't I just love my mom? She knows me so well. So this month I read 15 books! *victory dance a la Sam Henry* LOL.

Technically, I started three of them last month but I wasn't able to finish them on time. Still.
